Probemas Loyalty Program Explained

The Loyalty Program is a brand new rewards system that has been added to our website to show you how much we care about our loyal customers. Each part of this new rewards system will be explained below.
The Runescape member loyalty program is so easy to understand, it was made to give rewards to the loyal members of our customers. Ordering RS gold on our website will grant you points for every single dollar you have spent. These points will be added to your Probemas account once your order status changes from Pending to Delivered. The points you earn per dollar can be used to redeem nice rewards via our website. The more you spend, the more points you earn.
There are some purchase value conversions will be done if you are not using USD as the main purchase currency. These conversions will be done according to the official currency exchange rate. The points you get will be based on the order value in USD currency and the process is done automatically.
Different tiers will be given to our customers based on their purchase history, the higher the tier, the more points you get. Only Probemas account holders will be able to access to this rewards system.
Our Loyalty system is offering a cool tiers and levels system based on how much you spend per year. Your Loyalty tier or level will be given based on the past 365 days of your activity on our website.
There are four different tiers in our loyalty system, each tier has different benefits and advantages. The higher the tier, the more points and rewards you get.
The first tier is Bronze, it will be given to you if you are spending from 0.00 to 299.99 USD per year. It has no benefits other than getting 1 Point per USD paid through our website.
The second tier is Steel, it will be given to whoever spends from 300.00 to 1,499.99 USD per year. Having this tier gives you 1.25 Point per USD spent through the shop in addition to gaining access to our customers only Facebook Group.
The third tier is Rune, it will be given to the customer who spends from 1,500.00 to 2,999.99 USD per year. Having this tier gives you 1.50 Point per USD spent through the shop. You will also be able to access our customers only Facebook Group in addition to having the “Priority delivery” service.
The fourth tier is Dragon, it will be given to the customer who spends from 3,000.00 to 50,000.00 USD per year. This tier gives you 1.75 Point per USD spent via our website in addition to having access to our customers only Facebook Group. You will also gain access to the “Priority delivery” service as well as getting a Runescape Skill Hoodie as a gift.
Gaining a tier is instantly after completing your purchase based on how much you spend. Keep in mind that you don’t have to repeat the process next year to maintain your tier. Once you have the tier, it is yours forever. For example, if you spend 3,000.00 USD right now, you will get the Dragon tier instantly and forever.
The Priority Delivery service is an advantage that makes your order of a high priority to be completed before anyone else in case we are out of stock.
The Runescape Skill Hoodie will be delivered directly to the provided address of the Dragon tier customers. The Skill will be of your choice.
To check your Loyalty tiers and points you will have to check the top right corner of the website page after logging into your Probemas account.
Our Loyalty rewards are only Gold coins, either for Old School Runescape or Runescape 3. Points will be exchanged for a certain amount of Gold and the price of each 1 million will be decreased if you spend more points. In other words, the more points you spend, the more gold you get.
Rewards can be redeemed through the Loyalty Rewards Page and you should be logged in to you Probemas account to be able to redeem the rewards.
Redeeming rewards will be done instantly, you will be contacted via our 24/7 live chat and the regular procedures will be done through one of our employees.
You won’t be able to get Loyalty Points for your past purchases through Probemas.com. Only the purchases which were made after the 18th of June 2019 will be counted. The purchases which were made before the 18th of June 2019 will be used to determine the Loyalty tier only.
Gaining Loyalty Points is only available for Probemas members, which means you will need to create an account on our website to be able to gain Loyalty points. Making a Purchase as a guest will never be counted. If your purchase was made as a guest accidentally, you can send us your order information via email so we can make sure it is your purchase and assign to your Probemas account. Keep in mind that this process will be done within 7 business days.
The only possible way to get Loyalty points is by making purchases on our website through the show. There is no way you can get Loyalty points by spending no money at the moment. However, we will be allowing this to happen through a new rewarding system in the future. You can follow our Facebook official page to stay updated.
New Probemas customers with a past of spending money at other websites will be given a corresponding Loyalty Tier. Their tier will be determined based on the purchases which were made through the competing website.
Sending us an email that contains your Probemas account information and your purchases on the other website is all you have to do to get a Loyalty tier on probemas.com. Keep in mind that the highest tier you can get through this process is the Rune tier.
Your Loyalty points can not be expired, however, once you redeem any reward from our shop, you won’t be able to refund your Loyalty points.
