How does the Probemas Loyalty Program work?

It’s very simple, you get points every time you buy OSRS Gold, RS3 Gold, Items, or Accounts as a logged-in user. If your loyalty level is Bronze you will get 1 point per $1 spent. The higher your level is the more points you'll get for each dollar spent. Points then can be exchanged to free RS Rewards at https://probemas.com/loyalty-rewards

What can I do with Loyalty Points?

You can exchange them to free RS Rewards. To do that, go to the Loyalty Rewards store: https://probemas.com/loyalty-rewards

What is my Loyalty Tier and how many Points I have?

Once you have logged into your Probemas account, check the top right corner: go to the Account Loyalty page and you will find all the information there!

Tier level is based on your total money spent in the last 365 days.

How are Loyalty Points calculated if I order not in USD currency?

All calculations are based on the USD rate. If you purchase in a different currency, we will do the purchase value conversion according to the currency exchange rate, and will assign Loyalty Points based on the USD value of the order. The process is fully automatic!

Can I get my tier matched based on spend at other websites?

If you are thinking about changing your gold provider, we can offer you a “status match” which will give you instant benefits. Send us an e-mail to support@probemas.com with your Probemas account e-mail and your purchase history at a competing website, and if your information is verified and approved, you will receive a corresponding Loyalty Tier at www.Probemas.com!*
