1Who We Are

Virtual Gaming Solutions LP ("Probemas", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide us. This policy describes what we collect, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for personal data processed through www.probemas.com. By using this website you acknowledge the practices described here; where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

2What We Collect & Why

Account & orders. When you register or place an order we collect your email address, IP location, and timestamps, used to contact, address, and assist you as a customer. If you stay logged in, a session cookie is stored on your device. If you sign in via a third-party login (e.g. Google or Facebook), the email and name registered with that account are stored together with an automatically generated random password.

Delivery information. Where an order requires delivery to your in-game account, we collect your in-game account name at checkout or via live chat/email. Where an order requires direct access to your in-game account (e.g. certain services), we collect the account name, password, and PIN codes (if applicable) for the sole purpose of completing the order.

Live chat & support. Live-chat conversations and pre-chat survey answers are stored on our chat provider's servers together with your IP location, and are reviewed to ensure service quality and to resolve delivery disputes. Communication with the chat server is encrypted.

Verification (KYC). For certain payment methods we may collect additional verification information — such as a government-issued photo ID or a phone number — used solely to prevent fraud (see our Terms, Section 12).

Payments. Payments are processed by one or more third-party payment processors, which may vary by payment method and region. We never store your full card number; we receive transaction confirmations and limited payment metadata needed to fulfil and reconcile your order.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). You can control or block cookies at any time through your browser settings.

3Legal Bases for Processing

Under the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, we process your data on these bases: performance of a contract — account, order, delivery, and support data needed to provide what you bought; legitimate interests — fraud prevention, security, service analytics, and defending legal claims, balanced against your rights; consent — marketing emails, withdrawable at any time; and legal obligation — records we must keep for accounting, tax, or law-enforcement compliance.

4Marketing & Advertising

If you have signed up to our newsletter, placed an order, or registered an account, we may send you offers by email based on your order history and game preferences, relating only to services available on this website. If you place an order or abandon a cart we may send a one-off follow-up email with a time-limited discount. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

Advertising cookies may allow us to show you our ads on third-party networks (such as Google and its search partners); these cookies expire after a limited period, and you can opt out through your personal ad settings on the relevant network or by controlling cookies in your browser settings.

5Social Sharing & Feedback

You can share our content and leave feedback on social networks and review platforms. We advise you to review the privacy policy of any such network before doing so. When you comment or leave a review via a third-party platform, the information you make public is governed by that platform's own settings and policy.

6Storage, Security & Retention

We protect the information we collect with appropriate administrative protocols, technical safeguards, and physical security controls. Data is stored on servers in controlled, secure facilities, and information transmitted to our service providers travels over recognised encryption technologies (such as TLS/SSL). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; while we employ commercially available safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period after closure. Order and transaction records are retained as long as required by accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Verification (KYC) documents are kept only as long as fraud-prevention and legal obligations require, then deleted. Live-chat transcripts are retained for service-quality and dispute-resolution purposes for a limited period.

7Your Rights

You have the right to: access a copy of your personal data · rectify inaccurate data · erase your data ("right to be forgotten") · restrict or object to processing · data portability · withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing) · complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); EU residents may also complain to their local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact legal@probemas.com (or support@probemas.com / live chat). We may need to verify that you own the email address associated with the account or orders in question. We respond within one month.

8International Transfers

Some of our service providers (for example payment processors, analytics, and support tooling) may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

9Age Requirement

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if we become aware that we hold such data, we will delete it.

10Deleting Your Account & Data

To delete your account, contact our live chat or email support@probemas.com. After you verify ownership of the registered email address, your account and associated personal information will be deleted within 48 hours (order records required for legal/accounting obligations are retained per Section 6). Requests concerning specific order information may take up to 3 days to process.

11Disclosure to Authorities

To enforce our or a customer's legal rights, and in compliance with applicable local and international law, we may disclose information to law-enforcement agencies where legally required.

12Changes to This Policy & Contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and we advise you to review it regularly. Questions about this policy or your data: legal@probemas.com or support@probemas.com.
