If PieGP does load for you, be careful entering any payment or account details while the site is unstable — when a gold site starts throwing errors, it is safest to hold off until its status is clear.
Regular gold buyers may have gone to top up their stack today, only to find that PieGP — one of the RS gold sites they relied on — is now down and unavailable.
As of June 2026, PieGP.com is returning a server error (HTTP 526) and will not load. Anyone visiting the site is greeted with this error page:
The site is currently unreachable — no storefront, no checkout, no support, just an error message where the gold site used to be.
For the moment, it is unclear whether this is a temporary outage or a permanent shutdown. A 526 error means the security certificate on PieGP's own servers is no longer valid — something that can happen during a short outage, or when a site is no longer being maintained.
PieGP had operated as a RuneScape gold seller for some time, with the usual presence across community channels. While nothing is completely clear at the moment, whenever an established gold site goes quiet players start asking whether it has closed for good. As with past gold-site shutdowns, it is too soon to make any definite conclusions.
One thing is clear: anyone who relied on PieGP for their gold needs a new supplier, at least for now.
PieGP would not be the first established gold site to go quiet. Sites like Bogla and Arcus, Alch.com and RSGilded have all gone down before it, each time leaving customers to find a new place to buy.
